Johanna Dykgraaf was born in Australia of Dutch parents. After completing her training as a Registered Nurse/Midwife she worked in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and The Haque. After completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Photography) degree at Griffith University she has worked as a freelance photographer/writer in Brisbane.
