BiographyHistory

Raffaele Scappatura was born in Busto Arsizio, Italy. Prior to his arrival in Australia he lived in Argentina. In 1980 his ode 'Emigranti' was awarded a prize by the Special Broadcasting Service at the Italian Arts Festival, Melbourne.
