'Old Mr Bannerjee has arms and legs as thin as sticks. His fingers, elbows and knees are knobbly and his clothes are dirty. Old Mr Bannerjee lives all alone (except for his cat and his twenty-seven television sets) in a house that is older than he is. Then, one day, Rick arrives.

'Rick has chipped front teeth, an earring, a ponytail, tattoos on his arms and he rides a motorbike.
