BiographyHistory

Margrete Lamond moved to Australia with her family when she was eight. She started writing stories at the age of five and had her first work published before she finished school. She moved to Nimbin where she lived for fourteen years, writing non-fiction books and many plays, articles and short stories for children. She then moved to Sydney and has worked as an editor at the School Magazine. She is also a freelance editor and translator of Norwegian and Swedish texts.
