BiographyHistory

Francis Oeser grew up and was educated in Australia. He joined the editorial advisory panel of Overland and later worked in Sydney as an architect/planner before moving overseas where he has lived in Greece and the United Kingdom. Oeser has had Scottish, Greek and Japanese influences on his work (including a libretto and poems written to the work of a Scottish composer). He started Sincarf Press in 1983. Son of O. A. Oeser (q.v.)
