BiographyHistory

During the Second World War David Scholes served in the RAAF and was awarded a Distinguished Flying Cross. He wrote many books about fishing, including Fly-Fisher in Tasmania (1961), The Way of An Angler (1963), Ripples, Runs and Rises : The Charm and Mystique of Fly-Fishing (1988) and The Enchanting Break O'Day (2000).
