BiographyHistory

'Elsie MacDonald was educated at St. Gabriel's College, Charters Towers. She worked in the Postmaster General's Department until she joined the Women's Australian Auxiliary AirForce, stationed at R. A. A. F. Headquarters in Prahran, Melbourne.

In later years, she devoted much of her time to the Rockhampton Writers' Club, and was Editor for over twenty years. In that time, the Club published many books.'
