BiographyHistory

Irene Sexton arrived in Western Australia in 1928 as a nine year old and was educated at Fairbridge Farm School, Pinjarra. Sexton has travelled extensively in Australia and overseas. She has been the Western Australian representative of the Terra Australis Literary Circle and a Fellow of the Fellowship of Australian Writers.
