BiographyHistory

Dorothy Kopsen's family was originally an old Kentish one and came from Newington, near the village of Fordwich in the United Kingdom. During the war years, Dorothy Kopsen worked in a factory, from where she drew inspiration for her understanding of human nature that is characteristic of her novels. She travelled widely and spent much time in the United Kingdom.
