BiographyHistory

John Davis was at one point a Bulletin artist. He served in the A.I.F. in World War I, and later lived in England, where he worked as a columnist and illustrator on various newspapers, including The British Australian and New Zealander, the Sketch and the Morning Post. During World War I his sketches occasionally appeared in the Sydney Mail.
