BiographyHistory

She attended Murray Bridge Primary School for a time (Grade 4). Here she had her first real taste of poetry, and loved it. Most of her childhood was spent in and around the NE pastoral district of SA. She lived at Kalabity, near Olary, SA, on a sheep station of half a million hectares managed by her father, and studied through the SA Correspondence School to Year 9, before attending Walford School.
