BiographyHistory

Fred Lord served in the RAAF during World War II. From the Tropical North he began writing sketches for Wild Life and Outdoors on the creatures which inhabited his tent. A selection of these and other sketches were later published in his Look Who's Talking, with a foreword by Crosbie Morrison, the editor of that magazine.
As well as the books listed here he also wrote a non-fiction work Fire Alarm, containing accounts of fires and arsonists, and court cases involving these.
