BiographyHistory

M. L. Peterson contributed to the Dalby Herald, the Brisbane Courier and other Australian journals. She was educated privately, though her father was for some years a master at St. Philip's School, Sydney. Blyth and McNally (in Darling Downs Writers: A Bibliography) mention 'By the Western Line' appearing in the Australian Pastoralist and Breeder's Gazette, December 10th, 1926. This particular journal issue, and consequently the mentioned work, has not been traced.
