BiographyHistory

A Reverend of the Congregational Church, John Beukers travelled widely throughout Western Australia and South Australia. He wrote the words of 'Australia Will Be There', which was set to music by Harold Betteridge (Perth: S T Upham, 1919?). Copies of Diaries (1895-1912) are held at JS Battye Library (MN1125). Originals are in the Mortlock Library (South Australia).
