BiographyHistory

James Richards published between the years 1867 and 1890, with a possible publication at the beginning of the twentieth century. He also published anonymously as 'Author of Ada Maitland' and 'Author of The Christ'. Individual works 'Margery Bede', 'Palestina', 'Eldred and Marion' and 'Esther' are mentioned in Ada : An Australian Poem (date uncertain), with no publication details. In Edwin Randolph (date uncertain), a novel titled Ada Maitland : A Tale of Love and Grief is mentioned. None of these works has been located.
