BiographyHistory

Pathologist and medical administrator.

Harry Allen was professor of descriptive and surgical anatomy and pathology 1882-1906, and professor of pathology 1906-24 at the University of Melbourne. He had first joined the University in 1877 and was the first Australian medical graduate to be registered in Britain.
