BiographyHistory

Williams edited the Tobruk Truth: The Dinkum Oil, a newspaper produced by Australian troops during WWII. The back cover of his 1955 Marc Brody title, Carbon Copy Killer, states: 'During the siege ... it never missed a single issue - not even when a 1,500-lb. bomb hit the presses!' During the 1950s he edited the Melbourne Truth.
