BiographyHistory

As a child, Lyndon Walker travelled widely in Australian and Papua New Guinea due to his father's occupation as a meteorologist. He was educated at La Trobe and Melbourne universities, graduating in psychology from the former in 1983. He has since worked as a Family and Individual Therapist in Melbourne. His poetry has been published widely in Australian periodicals and in 1996 he was co-winner of the inaugural Pablo Neruda Poetry Competition, sponsored by International PEN, Melbourne Centre.
