Notes

  • Authorship of The Dead March of the Waters and The 'Man Stories' of a Black Snake, both by W. A. B., has been variously attributed to both Boord and to William Arthur Briscoe, with Miller and Macartney identifying Boord with Briscoe. It has now been firmly established by an examination of material held by the State Library of Victoria that Boord was the author of both these books.
