BiographyHistory

Sarah Rossetti was born in Brisbane of Lebanese and German heritage. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Creative Writing at Curtin University in the mid 1990s. A speaker of Italian and English, she has been a member of the Karrinyup Writers' Club and the Fellowship of Australian Writers, having served as the publicity officer on the executive committee for the latter. As a member of the Katharine Susannah Prichard Foundation, she has written a screenplay for that group. She has taught creative writing at a college of Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and has received many prizes and commendations for her work.
