BiographyHistory

Derryn Hinch has been a novelist, newspaper editor, and television and radio host. He came to Australia in 1963. As a journalist, he has interviewed many prominent Australian politicians and covered sports and current events in North and South America, China, India, Africa, Canada, the Caribbean, England and Europe.

He has written books on the game of Scrabble, including The Scrabble Book (1976), and in 1987 published AIDS: most of the questions, some of the answers.
