BiographyHistory

Pamela Sidney is a musician and also has a background in theatre. She spent a number of years in London and began writing poetry when she returned to Australia in 1983, with her long poem "Busking in the London Underground" appearing in the Age the following year. She prefers to self-publish and has produced many small collections since 1993. She enjoys performing poetry with her music and went to USA in 1994 with the "Oz Poets Tour of America". One of her main interests reflected in her poetry is the culture and sagas of the Celtic people.
