BiographyHistory

Best known as a textbook/educational book publisher. In 1945 McGraw-Hill started publishing literature. In 1948 it acquired Gregg Publishing, and Blakiston Company in 1954 (this imprint stopped in 1967). F. W. Dodge was acquired in 1961. Original paperback publication started in the 1960s. It has international offices.
