  • Unlikely to be Australian, although he probably visited during the 1870s and 80s (an article by him appeared in the "Sydney Review" in 1884). Boxall also wrote a couple of books on the Anglo-Saxon race - these being The Anglo-Saxon : A Study in Evolution (1902) and The Awakening of a Race (1907).
