BiographyHistory

'Originally from Queensland, Hazel Lloyd Robinson came to Victoria to train as a deaconess for the Presbyterian Church. On graduating, she was appointed to Mt Evelyn in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges.'

Robinson 'always had a sight problem, eventually becoming "legally blind", and for many years could neither read nor write'. Eventually medication improved her sight. Married with children, Robinson's interests include 'church work, the disabled, drama, music, marching girls and cricket'.
