BiographyHistory

Peggy Hesketh qualified and worked as a state recognised physiotherapist in Germany. She has worked as an interpreter and translator particularly in the areas of peace, the environment and women's awareness and advancement. Her work has been read on Hobart Radio in 1986/87, and she has read her work at community activities and to women's groups in Midway Point, Tasmania from 1983 to 1985 and to adult education groups at Rosny College in 1984. She has been a member of the Tasmanian Fellowship of Australian Writers (FAW), the Poet's Family and Llandilo.
