BiographyHistory

Wilbur G. Howcroft was a farmer on the family property at Culgoa, and wrote fiction, poetry, short stories and poetry for children. He started writing at the age of 47, and contributed to numerous Australian and international periodicals and journals. His verse and stories have been broadcast on radio, and he appeared on television. He also wrote musical scores.
