BiographyHistory

Dane Thwaites graduated in Arts from New England University in 1971. He worked at a number of outdoor jobs, including a stint as a ranger in the Blue Mountains. He subsequently established himself as a self-employed typesetter, printer and publisher. He has been poetry editor of Compass and Phoenix Review and in 1993 he became editor and publisher of HOBO poetry magazine.
