  • George S. Beeby was a member of the New South Wales Parliament and also a judge in the state and federal courts. He wrote a number of papers on employment issues, edited the Bowral Free Press (1892), was founder/editor of the New England Democrat (1894) and co-founder of the Players' Club, Sydney, ca.1925.
