The story of a young English boy called PK, orphaned in a foreign land and terrorised for his political beliefs by his schoolmates. He turns to the only friend who can help him: a kindly yet worldly wise prison inmate who teaches him how to box. As he grows to manhood, PK takes on the systemic social injustices he sees around him and finds that one person really can make a difference.
