Alastair Sharp was a drama consultant to the publisher William Heinemann in the mid-1990s. He wrote a number of unpublished plays: 'Ashrama Canesh' (1976), 'Till Times Change' (1980), 'Wall to End All Walls' (1981), 'Karma Dharma Drama' (1986) and 'Moment in Time' (1990). He was also involved in a number of television productions.
