BiographyHistory

Tony Koslow, an American by birth, arrived in Hobart in 1989 where he worked as a fishery scientist for the CSIRO. In 2007 Koslow won the Prize for Science Writing in the Victorian Premier's Awards for his book The Silent Deep: The Discovery, Ecology and Conservation of the Deep.
