Neil Hulm grew up in rural New South Wales and has been a successful rodeo competitior and racehorse trainer. Other publications by Hulm include: The Pub and the Scrub (1987), Aussie Ettamoggah Pubs (1989?), The Rivers Run No More (1990?).
