BiographyHistory

Australian-born Susan Pfisterer lived for a substantial time in England, teaching at King's College, University of London, before returning to Australia, where she has been a historian and lecturer in Writing at Southern Cross University. She also became a regular media commentator, with expertise in Australian literature and culture. 'A historian by training, she has taught literature, drama and creative writing as well as history in the UK and Australian universities, and has published widely in these areas.'
