BiographyHistory

Mary Kent Hughes studied medicine at the University of Melbourne, was a radiologist in New Zealand 1934-1937 and was a major in the British Royal Army Medical Corps during the Second World War. She also wrote a book about travel in Europe Matilda Waltzes On (1954).
