BiographyHistory

An editor and artist, Robin Eaden was born in Driffield, Yorkshire (UK) but educated at Walford College in Adelaide, and completed an English honors degree at the University of Adelaide. She became a teacher in Paris, and held research jobs in Leeds and Edinburgh. For a number of years she was Research Assistant to the English Department of the University of Adelaide. Her last work was the editing of Warrabarna Kaurna! ,which was launched the day before her death. She was killed in a car accident en route to her home on Yorke Peninsula with her partner of 10 years, Tim Mares (qv).
