BiographyHistory

Wendy Sarkissian has also been a community planner. She holds degrees in education, literature, planning, and environmental ethics. In addition to works indexed on AustLit, she is the co-author of Housing as if People Mattered (with Clare Cooper Marcus, 1986), Kitchen Table Sustainability, Practical Recipes for Community Engagement with Sustainability (2008), SpeakOut: A Step-by-Step Guide to SpeakOuts and Community Workshops (2009), and Creative Community Planning: Transformative Engagement Practices for Working at the Edge (2010).
