BiographyHistory

K.F. Pearson was educated at Auckland and La Trobe Universities before going to live in Adelaide in 1977. He was Secretary of the South Australian Poets' Union for two and a half years and has also been active with the Friendly Street Poets. He was poetry editor of Adelaide's Words and Visions for two years and has also reviewed poetry for the Australian Book Review and Adelaide's Ash magazine and Review. Pearce has translated verse into the Spanish, and also wrote And ANTS It Was : A History of Altona North Technical School (1992). He has held numerous jobs including as a printer, publisher, art critic, journalist and anthologist.
