Notes

  • On the title page of "The Red Cripple" Bradley is listed as the author of "The Gold Escort"; however, this could not be traced. Another work by Bradley, "Under the Southern Cross", was announced by Ward Lock, but it does not seem to have been published. Bradley wrote a play, "The 'Mayflower': an original romantic drama in three acts", the first act of which was published in "The Theatre of Australasia: a monthly review of the drama, music and fine arts" (Melb., September 1890) However, in October 1890 the magazine ceased publication and no more of the play appeared.
