BiographyHistory

Norma Martyn was the daughter of Sydney Harding Martyn and Nellie Adeline (Rowland) Martyn.

Martyn travelled extensively whilst earning a living as a journalist, editor, columnist, magazine editor, public relations consultant and producer in radio and television. She was also a specialist in Chinese studies, organised literary seminars and was chair of the Sydney Committee for Overseas Students.
