BiographyHistory

Daughter of Luke Robins, Hannah Fry was born in England, and married John Fry in Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide, in 1849. They had three children and lived mostly in and around North Adelaide. Widowed in 1877, she continued to worship at the North Adelaide Baptist Church and from her poetry it would appear that she was a member of a temperance organization.
