BiographyHistory

Dorothy McGowan grew up in the Tambellup district in Western Australia. She was a teacher in Western Australia for over thirty years. She has been a writer in residence for the WA Branch of the Fellowship of Australian Writers and has conducted a number of writing courses. McGowan has had a number of children's plays performed. She also has an interest in video and film making.
