BiographyHistory

Hibble spent his early years on the New South Wales North Coast and was disabled in 1919 after suffering an illness during the flu epidemic. His short stories were published in Australia, England and the USA and he was working on a novel at the time of his death. He had left Australia in 1955 to live on his son's plantation in New Guinea.
