BiographyHistory

Flora Lee spent much of her youth on an isolated farm. During this time she borrowed frequently from the Cambridge Shire County Library and her reading fostered a love of writing. After World War II Lee attended English Literature and Language classes in Cambridge. She moved to Western Australia in 1995 and joined the Perth Writers' Circle in 1968. For eight years Lee served as President of the Circle and remained a member after that time.
