BiographyHistory

American-born and raised Richard Deutch graduated from Bard College in 1967. Deutch's career included employment as a university lecturer, journalist, Latin teacher, literary agent and film reviewer. After arriving in Australia he lived on Sydney's northern beaches and, from time to time, in Belleville, Illinois. In addition to his poetry, Deutch published in the areas of the occult and magic.
