Jordens reports on the series of interviews undertaken on behalf of the Oral History Collection of the National Library of Australia to record the story of the establishment of Public Lending Right and Educational Lending Right in Australia. Those interviewed span staff and office holders of The Australian Society of Authors, Commonwealth public servants and members of the PLR committee.

She discusses her family life and work. Le also talks about her reasons for becoming active in 1977 in the Indo-China Refugee Association (ICRA) of the ACT, later used by the government as a model for its Community Refugee Settlement Service (CRSS).
