BiographyHistory

Elizabeth Stephens received her PhD from Macquarie University, and she subsequently taught in Macquarie's Department of Critical and Cultural Studies at Macquarie University. Since 2002, she has been a Research Fellow in the Centre for the History of European Discourses at the University of Queensland. Her academic work has focused on French post-structuralism, gender studies and queer theory.
