BiographyHistory

Paul Sherman graduated with an M.A., B.Ed. and Diploma of Journalism from the University of Queensland. Sherman worked as an English and Drama teacher, journalist and actor in Queensland and Victoria. In 1975 he resigned from Kedron Park Teachers College to tour Queensland for the Arts Council, presenting literature in the schools - mostly one-man performances of Shakespeare. Sherman was still performing in Brisbane Arts Theatre productions of Shakespeare and directing plays in 2003. He wrote short stories, poems and plays including the unpublished play, 'Jungles'.
