BiographyHistory

Jon Weaving's works include fiction, articles, anthologies, a creative writing text for secondary students and columns for a national magazine. Besides having judged many literary awards himself, Weaving was awarded numerous grants, worked as a writer-in-residence in many areas of Australia, and in 1994 was shortlisted for the Guiness Award. Weaving also won the Olga Masters Bicentennial Award.
