Architect and stage designer.
After studies at Melbourne and Yale Universities, Corrigan and his wife Maggie Edmond co-founded Edmond and Corrigan architectural firm: responsible for a number of significant buildings, they were awarded the Royal Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medal, architecture's highest honour.
Among Corrigan's stage sets were designs for the Australian Performing Group at the Pram Factory; MTC productions including Sugar City (1976 production), John Romeril’s The Floating World (1982 production), and Reservoir by Night (1985 production); La Mama productions including works by Helene Cixous, Margaret Atwood, and Billy Marshall-Stoneking; and the 2010 staging of The Threepenny Opera at Malthouse Theatre.
